Twine Urban Winery by The Roche’ Collection

Twine is a boutique winery and tasting room — an intimate space in an urban area. Twine offers sweet flavor combinations as well as varietals. Charcuterie boards, cheese and chocolate pairings are available indoors and in outdoor seating areas. Wiine cocktails are also available. Guests have the option to purchase a prepaid wine card to load for using the self-serve wine station. Also offering special events such as live music, painting, chefs and private tastings.

Wines are produced from grapes harvested out of the Lake Michigan Shoire growing area. Those include various varietals, Pinot Gris, Sweet Riesling, Chardonnay, a white Blend, Meritage vintage 2017, dry and sweet red blends, Cabernet Sauvignon, French Bordeaux and Merlot. Top-selling retail sweet flavors include peach mango, green apple, strawberry watermelon and pineapple pear.
