After 40 years of beekeeping, St. Ambrose began making mead, which led to winemaking and then ciders. The tasting room features 18 draft taps and a full menu of still meads, red wines and white wines. Also featuring a food truck and brick oven pizza on weekends, live music Thursday through Saturday, a nine-hole disc golf course, bocce ball court, yard games and a bee garden.
