Brengman Brothers Taste of Summer Series
This event series is centered around three delicious food items that our Chefs will create without any coordination with the wine team. Each event will feature two wine experts choosing one wine for each food course. Two different glasses of wines will be served for each course. Chef Jim Morse, CEC, is a 2000 alumni of the Great Lakes Culinary Institute at Northwestern Michigan College. Upon graduation, Jim began working as Sous Chef at The Boathouse Restaurant in Traverse City and became Executive Chef in 2002.
