1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup Virtue Michigan Apple hard cider
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons steak seasoning
1 pound lean ground beef (90 percent lean)
1 pound ground pork
In a large bowl, combine cheese, cider, Worcestershire sauce and steak seasoning. Add beef and sausage. Mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into six patties. Grill or pan-fry to desired doneness.
