Spiced Wine


From Black Star Farms

1 bottle Cherry, Pear or “Red House Red” Wine
2 cinnamon sticks
3 cloves, whole
sprinkle of nutmeg
1/2 to 1 cup sugar
1 orange, sliced
ground cinnamon

Add cinnamon sticks, cloves, nutmeg and orange to large pan or crockpot. Pour wine over spices and fruit. Heat gently, but do not boil. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon and serve warm.
