Red Wine Raspberry Sorbet


From St. Julian Wine Company

3 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
1-1/4 cup St. Julian Village Red
1-1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup whipping cream

Place all ingredients in a food processor fitted with a steel blade and process until smooth. Freeze in an ice cream maker. Let sit in refrigerator 15-20 minutes before serving.
