Black Star Farms in Suttons Bay announces an all-new Progressive Wine & Food Tasting experience. Hosted by Black Star Farms’ wine education specialist, the exclusive tasting takes guests into private areas of the estate to garner some knowledge of the wine region while exploring incredible wines and small bites in a private environment.
The tasting journey begins at the exquisite Inn at Black Star Farms with a sparkling toast and a featured white wine, while guests hear about the history of our unique wine region, the Traverse Wine Coast. Next, the journey continues to the wine cave for guests to enjoy signature red wines while getting behind the scenes info on the winemaking and aging process. Finally, the journey will culminate in the VIP Barrel Room, where guests will indulge in decadent dessert wines.
A carefully selected small bite, prepared by the Black Star Farms culinary team, will accompany each wine along this tasting trip to showcase the magic of food and wine pairing.
