Cellar 104 produces over 20 different wine varietals in Mount Clemens with juice from various areas around the world. Guests will find many Italian, Chilean, and Californian wines, with more to come, along with five port dessert wines. All wines are produced in Mount Clemens and then aged for a minimum of 12 months for the winery’s Signature collection and 24 months for its Reserves collection. No chemical additives and minimum sulfites are used in the winemaking process, and the wines are made in special impervious tanks that allow for controlled fermentation and aging.
