The Lake Michigan Shore Wine Trail has canceled its wine festival for 2020.
The annual event held the third Saturday in June has grown over the past 15 years. However, organizers say they’re canceling to avoid the uncertainty caused by COVID-19. At the same time, they plan to focus on developing a new direction for the festival that is more oriented to a wine-tasting experience that showcases the wines produced within the Trail.
