The “West Michigan Cooks at Home” cookbook is downloadable from the West Michigan Tourist Association.

A new “West Michigan Cooks at Home” digital cookbook is available for download from the West Michigan Tourist Association.

It features recipes for sides and appetizers, entrees, desserts and beverages. Among them is a recipe for Ham and Asparagus Tortellini Salad, which had been featured in Michigan Wine Country magazine.

Other recipe contributors include Long Road Distillers in Grand Rapids; Dablon Winery & Vineyards in Baroda; Maple Moon Sugarbush and Winery in Petoskey; Crane’s Pie Pantry in Fennville; Shady Lane Cellars, Black Star Farms and Two K Farms in Suttons Bay; and Chateau Grand Traverse, Chateau Chantal and Brys Estate Vineyard & Winery in Traverse City.

WMTA is asking that those who prepare dishes from the cookbook share photos on social media with the #WestMichigan hashtag.
