    Chateau Chantal’s May Wine Dinner aims to “break the rules” of wine pairing by putting tomatoes, a bit of spice and a few other traditionally tricky wine pairings out for tasting. The winery’s in-house Chef de Cuisine Chris Mushall will prepare a seven-course wine dinner featuring Piedmontese Polenta, Fried Chicken and Waffles, Shrimp Mac & Cheese, Pan-Seared Rainbow Trout and Crab, a Cherry Sorbet Float, Hanger Steak Panzanella and Panna Cotta with Orange Blossom Granita.
