Chateau Chantal Winter Yoga Retreat

Join us Feb. 24 through 26 for a weekend of wine and relaxation. Rejuvenate body and mind with a yoga-focused weekend retreat at our beautiful boutique bed-and-breakfast. Call 231-223-4110 to make a reservation. Reservations include wine, food, and of course, yoga.
3 p.m.: Check-in
5:45 p.m.: Gentle Yoga and Welcome Reception
7:30 p.m.: Enjoy dinner on your own at one of our incredible local restaurants.
7 a.m.: Sunrise Vinyasa Flow
8:30 a.m.: Breakfast prepared by Chef de Cuisine Chris Mushall
10 a.m. to 3 p.m.: Explore Traverse City and Old Mission Peninsula on your own or allow us to recommend some of our favorite places. Schedule a massage, go out to lunch, visit the hiking trails, or relax with a glass of your favorite Chateau Chantal wine.
3 to 4:30 p.m.: Yoga Nidra, Winter-Inspired Flow, and Asana Workshop
6 p.m.: Wine-paired dinner with your host and chef. Enjoy a delicious and nourishing five-course wine-paired dinner, featuring a one-of-a-kind menu. Includes a tour of the vineyard and cellar.
8 a.m.: Rise and Shine Morning Restorative Yoga and Meditation
9:15 a.m.: Breakfast
11 a.m.: Check-out
Your yogi for the weekend is Cristin Hosmer, RYT 200. “As a longtime practitioner of yoga, on my mat is where I find the most fulfillment. I enjoy searching for new ways to share the traditions of yoga with others. I love to incorporate what I have learned about my own strength, flexibility, and fearlessness into dynamic and fun yoga classes. During the Winter Yoga Retreat, I plan to combine creativity and playfulness with thought-provoking meditations in a variety of classes, focused on rejuvenation and renewal. My hope is that you will walk away from this dreamy yoga retreat at Chateau Chantal feeling refreshed, nourished, and balanced.”
